Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your MALDITO purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In the same condition in which it was received

• Returned with all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at info@shopmaldito.com before sending your item back.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Underwear & Intimate Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear, jockstraps, and other intimate garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, or tried on.

If an intimate item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@shopmaldito.com so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@shopmaldito.com with your order information and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Items marked Final Sale

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

• Intimate garments that have been opened, worn, or tried on

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Certain products, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, may be exempt from this right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MALDITO or the item arrived damaged or defective.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@shopmaldito.com.
